Alinme Copyright Policy

1. Purpose

Alinme (“we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to protecting intellectual property rights and complying with European and international copyright law. This policy outlines the procedure for reporting, reviewing, and resolving copyright infringement claims related to content hosted or displayed on the Alinme Platform (alinme.com and all subdomains).

2. Respect for Intellectual Property

Alinme respects the intellectual property rights of creators, users, and third parties.
Users of the platform (“Members”) must ensure that all uploaded, shared, or published materials — including but not limited to text, code, datasets, videos, images, articles, and AI projects — are lawful, original, and do not infringe on any third party’s copyright or related rights.

Any violation of these principles may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

3. Filing a Copyright Infringement Snackbar

If you believe that material available on the Alinme Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written Snackbar to our Copyright Compliance Officer containing the following mandatory information:

  1. Your full name, postal address, and valid email address.
  2. A clear identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed
  3. A precise URL or description of where the allegedly infringing material appears on Alinme.
  4. A declaration that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

4. Counter-Snackbar Procedure

If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed or disabled as a result of an incorrect copyright claim, you may submit a counter-Snackbar to the same contact point, including:

  1. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its prior location on Alinme.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Germany and agreeing to accept service of process from the complainant or their authorized agent.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-Snackbar, Alinme may restore the material unless the complainant initiates legal proceedings within 14 calendar days.

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with applicable EU and German copyright regulations, Alinme enforces a “three-strike” policy for repeated copyright violations.
Accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights will be permanently terminated, and all associated content will be deleted without refund or further Snackbar.

6. False or Abusive Claims

Submitting a false or misleading copyright Snackbar or counter-Snackbar constitutes a violation of law and may result in civil or criminal liability.
Alinme reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual or entity that submits fraudulent claims or abuses the copyright complaint process.

7. Data Protection & Confidentiality

All personal data processed in connection with copyright complaints will be handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
Your contact information may be shared with the alleged infringer only to the extent necessary to resolve the claim, as required by law.
